Google Authorship introduced
Today, we went live with Google Authorship, which allows content to be linked to authors when displaying on Google Search. Visit Help Desk for instructions on how to setup.

Lead notifications via emails
Leads notification via emails went live yesterday, and you should be receiving an email every time a registered user read or interact with one of your documents. This feature can be set/disabled via My Account.

Welcome emails get a rich face lift
We have been working with Mandrill App to deliver you richer messages, starting with welcome emails just after you complete the sign up process and selected the type of account based on your preferences.
It will take us few days to clear all the bugs, but anyone signing up now should be getting a welcome email similar to above. There are five types based on your account type preference
- PERSONAL Read only
- PERSONAL Read and Upload
- FREELANCER Trial Account
- BUSINESS Trial Account
- ENTERPRISE Trial Account

Trial accounts introduced
Today, we introduced the ability to trial edocr accounts without having to contact us first. There are four choices to choose from; Personal, Freelancer, Business and Enterprise. Above shows one of the screens you will be presented after you complete the sign up process.

Supporting Internet Explorer IE6, IE7, IE8 and IE9
We are happy to announce, edocr.com is once again available for Internet Explorer legacy versions IE6, IE7 and IE8. We of course support the latest version IE9.
Whilst you should be able to view documents on edocr.com without a problem for these legacy browsers, the home page slider is still not displaying well for older versions of Internet Explorer.
The ability to add tags without editing the document is not supported for legacy Internet Explorer versions, but this should not result in any operational issues.
